Benjamin Adler

Ben is a corporate attorney specializing in venture capital, M&A, and emerging technology transactions. At Gunderson Dettmer, he advised founders, executives, and investors on corporate governance, equity financings, and strategic deals. Previously, he worked in venture at Swift Ventures and Bow Capital, conducting diligence on hundreds of startups and facilitating numerous early-stage investments.
