Mehmet Ali Tombalak is an esteemed technology executive with 38 years of professional experience. He founded Fineksus in 2002, establishing it as the market leader in financial messaging solutions. In early 2025, he led Fineksus through a successful merger with Cleversoft, Germany’s fastest-growing software company, transforming the business into a global player. He currently serves as a board member of the newly merged entity.
Beyond Fineksus, Tombalak serves on the boards of various companies—both as an investor and an independent advisor—offering guidance on growth, globalization, and strategic expansion. In 2023, he was elected Chairman of the Board of the Turkish Informatics Industry Association (TÜBİSAD), where he champions the development of the technology sector in Turkiye.
